Terms of use

The academy is run by WorldLink HR. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

You must give accurate details when you enrol and meet the requirements listed on the program page, for example the equipment or prior level a program asks for. Check these carefully before paying.

Your place is confirmed once payment succeeds. Our admissions team then creates your portal account and shares your class days. Class times are set by WorldLink HR and may change; we will tell you in good time.

Prices are shown in Ghana cedis and include any discount applied at checkout. Bundles give access to each program they list.

Payments are made only through the official checkout on this website, processed by Paystack. Never pay an individual or a personal account claiming to represent us. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing course materials, harassing others, submitting work that is not your own or attempting to misuse the portal.

Certificates are issued when you meet the program's requirements, which may include attendance, assignments and assessments. Results reflect your facilitators' professional judgement.

Every certificate has a unique ID that anyone can check on our verification page. We may revoke a certificate issued in error or obtained dishonestly.

WorldLink HR provides training to help you prepare for roles such as remote teaching. We do not guarantee exam success, employment or any particular outcome; hiring decisions rest with employers.

Lessons, recordings, documents and other materials belong to WorldLink HR or our licensors. They are for your personal learning only and may not be copied, shared or resold. Do not record live classes without permission.

Treat facilitators, mentors and fellow learners with respect in classes, messages and group chats. Keep personal information you learn about others private.

We take care to run classes and the portal reliably, but we provide them as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device or third-party services such as Zoom, Google Meet or Paystack. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ghanaian consumer law.
