How it works
1. You choose a course and how many seats to fund, and pay with Mobile Money or card.
2. People who are unemployed or changing career apply for a sponsored seat. Our team reads every application.
3. We give your seat to someone who needs it, enrol them in the next cohort, and email you their first name and story.
4. We email you again when they complete the course. Sponsored learners who graduate join the WorldLink Talent Pool, where WorldLink HR recruiters hire from.
