Level 4: Mock Interview

This level prepares trainees for the interview process used by online teaching companies. Over approximately two weeks, trainees will participate in various meetings where they will access sample interview questions from different companies, practise answering questions in a simulated interview, and ask questions about how to improve their performance.

The mock interview will help trainees understand what to expect during an actual interview and build confidence in presenting themselves professionally. After the process, each trainee will be evaluated based on their mock interview performance and receive feedback on their strengths, areas for improvement, and overall readiness for a real interview.
